Scheduling a Pick-up:

Think Recycle provides prepaid shipping labels through United Parcel Services (UPS). Think Recycle collection boxes are pre-labeled with an A.R.S. (Authorized Return Service) or R.S. (Return Service) label affixed to the top flap. When using your own shipping boxes, labels can be ordered through your online account on the Order Supplies page. The minimum requirement per shipping label is 10 items. Before shipping your box, be sure to keep a record of the shipping labels tracking number as a reference as you will need to provide you tracking number to UPS prior to pick-up.

Please use the following procedures to ship your boxes:

• A.R.S. Label

To avoid mandatory shipping fees do not call UPS to pick-up your box. Use one of the following options:
1. Give your collection box to a UPS driver when they are making a delivery to your location.
2. Take your collection box to an authorized UPS center. For the location of the nearest UPS center, please call 1.800.PICKUPS (1.800.742.5877)
3. To avoid unnecessary charges ensure that “next day pick-up” is requested.

• R.S. Label

Call 1.800.PICKUPS (1.800.742.5877). You will need to provide UPS with the address for pick-up, that the package has "R.S." label, the number of packages and provide the tracking number indicated on the shipping label. The package should be shipped using "standard ground service".

• Bulk/Skid Shipments:

Call 1.888.265.2895. We will require the following information: number of skids, dimensions of the skids and approximate number of units
